MY STORY
Hi, I'm Sebastian Dutra, and before you make the big decision of investing into the greatest lifestyle transformation program available, I'd like to give insight on my own personal experience with fitness.
Growing up in South Florida, I’ve always thought of ways to differentiate myself from the vast majority of people trying to make something of themselves. I was raised in the city of Weston, consistently surrounded by other aspiring students with fresh minds and high hopes, and I couldn't feel more blessed to be given such a competitive community of people.
I had always enjoyed staying active, testing the waters of nearly every sport in the book until in 7th grade I developed a sense of belonging on the football field. Fully aware of the threshold of athleticism required for a defensive position in the trenches, I knew it was time for a change.
By the time high school began, it had been seven years without the support of my dad in the family, and living with my mom and sister at the time put me in the spotlight to develop into the man of the house I knew I had to become. With that said, I still had no surefire direction to head in, and I found especially it hard to make new friends during this time of my life. This was merely another spark for the fire that was embedded with the determination to become a better version of myself.
My first step into the gym was certainly insignificant, as would be anything that could be done by just about anyone. What I really can't forget was the pure and euphoric feeling that flooded my body ensuing my first hour of one-on-one time with an iron paradise. There was something about the lactic acid buildup that I found irresistible, and I couldn't wait to be back.
Since this moment I found myself addicted, spending as much time as I could expanding my knowledge of muscle anatomy and biomechanics. Within no time I found myself slowly crawling out of my shell, as I began walking into school with my chin held high and my expectations even higher. Soon my friends and family began to notice the differences in my physique, and the transformation pictures made it clear that I had done something fulfilling for myself.
Going into college I was fully aware that I had blatantly developed a passion for weight lifting. It had become a staple in my day; no matter what the circumstances, I had to find the time to indulge in my own personal form of meditation. It was only after my first semester at Florida State University that I found myself working for the campus gym, taking on clients for coaching sessions multiple times a week, and loving every minute of it.
Soon, my hunger to help others begin their fitness journeys had become second nature, and after I achieved my NSCA Personal Trainer Certification I knew it was time to expand my horizons. My determination to formulate the most efficient results in an easy-to-follow workout regime has led to the creation of my new and exclusive 1:1 custom coaching program, and I'm sure that with enough determination you too can change your life for the better.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance with a minor in Commercial Entrepreneurship at Florida State University.

My favorite hobbies entail spending time with friends and family, training in the gym, going on runs, listening to EDM music, and making memories with likeminded people.
